If we talk about cooking oil, Kashmir Banaspati is one name that needs no introduction. Known for its healthy attributes, the well known brand is now using social media as marketing/advertising tool to target audience. Kashmir Banaspati has come up with an idea of taking their audience a virtual global tour about different food recipes that are made around the world using hashtag #JeenayKaMaza respectively.Kashmir Around the World

The latest campaign, in a nutshell, is an online culinary tour in order to explore food and varieties from several parts of the world. The brand is using interactive and creative animations and interactions to target audience where they are questioned about the recipe and country it originates from using animations, snippets of short videos and photographs of famous monuments of that country.

The basic theme of this campaign revolves around creating awareness to people about the variety of food dishes and their recognition from the countries they belong to.

Australian Dish – Seafood Pizza – Recipe – #JeenayKaMaza INGREDIENTS 1 1⁄2 cups peeled cooked shrimp 1 cup crabmeat (can be fresh or imitation) 1 1⁄2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese or 1⁄4 cup Romano cheese 3 -4 cloves minced garlic 1 teaspoon minced parsley Kashmir Premium Gold Oil 1 pizza dough (you can make your own or use a Boboli type crust) STEPS: 1. Saute garlic in Kashmir Premium Gold Oil for several minutes. 2. Add shrimp and crabmeat, mixing well with garlic and kashmir premium gold oil. 3. Add parsley. 4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella on pizza crust. 5. Place crab/shrimp mixture on crust. 6. Cover with remaining cheeses. 7. Bake according to your pizza crust directions (typically, bake pizza until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbling, about 15 minutes). 8. Cut and serve with cocktail sauce.

: 1-1 1/4 pounds mahi-mahi, wild salmon, tuna or cod, skinned if desired, cut into 4 portions 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
Cooking spray, preferably Kashmir canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt plus a pinch, divided
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons lemon juice STEPS: 1.Preheat grill to medium-high. 2.Place fish and asparagus on a large rimmed baking sheet and coat both sides with Kashmir canola oil; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and garlic powder. 3.Oil the grill rack. Place the asparagus on one side, perpendicular to the grates; place the fish on the other side. Grill the fish, turning once, until opaque, 3 to 5 minutes per side (depending on thickness); grill the asparagus, turning occasionally, until lightly charred, 5 to 7 minutes. 4.Place butter, lemon juice and the pinch of salt in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High to melt the butter, about 25 seconds. Drizzle each portion of fish and asparagus with about 1 tablespoon of the lemon butter. Your mahi mahi cusine is ready to serve now.
