Born and bred in Karachi and immigrated to Chicago at a very young age, Ashar Khan was bound to a music career since his toddler days. However Ashar’s future was written differently. A self-taught singer and a guitarist, Ashar was heavily influenced by the Pakistani legend Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and the most-fabled rock band, Linkin Park.
Sufyan Ahmed, born and bred in Karachi, migrated to Chicago in his teen years with the family. At the age of 14, he picked up the guitar given to him as a gift from his older brother; the guitar became his second-nature and turned into a passion quickly. Sufyan took his passion to the next level with the help of Pakistani guitar maestro Faraz Anwar. To furnish his craft, he attended the Schaumburg Music Academy and upgraded his skills under the guidance of Michael McKissack. From legendary Ghazal singer Mehdi Hasan to unforgettable and innovative Led Zeppelin, Sufyan is heavily influenced by various artists of different genres.
