‘Rahber’ by Hallelujah the band [REVIEW]

Craving for pop music? Then give a look to a new emerging band Hallelujah as they seem to be quite impressive with the release of their first song titled ‘Rahber’. As the name and the logo of the band suggests, it is indeed a Christian band with religious intentions as their profile’s interest section states, “Making magnificent gospel productions that will unite, heal and spread a message of love of our Lord Jesus Christ to all.”

Powerful vocals with the ability to grasp the listener’s attention, Zahid Nazir and Zeeshan Rafiq did an outstanding performance to take their band by storm. Despite having a different point of view on religious basis, it cannot be denied that the lyrics are indeed unique and if considered in any other religious aspect, they manage to leave a powerful message.

Band members Adnan Gill and Waqar Peter Gill – respectively nicknamed Nono and Bittoo – were fantastic in their own right as well speaking from a rooky electric guitarist point of view. It can be clearly notes that there was a proper chemistry of the guitars with the vocals as they impressively matched; a certain joy for the fans.

With the aim of spreading the gospels and the message of Christianity by their music and media, let’s hope that the band does not become a victim of typical Pakistani racism and criticism. Rather, they get a warm acceptance in the Pakistani music industry with their noble goals and reach the stars.
