The upcoming Bollywood psychological thriller film, 5 Ghantey Mien 5 Crore, starring Meera along with new-comers is to be released on March 16. Meera who plays the lead character in the story had her song removed from the film. And if we were to believe the rumors it was due to some “obscene scenes” of Meera in it.

But the reason for the removal is not Meera’s fault as it was due to copyright issues raised by the original music composer and lyricist. The director of the film, Faisal Saif said in an interview to PakEnt.net that:

“Unfortunately, the song “Kya jadu hai yeh” will not be a part of my feature film 5 Ghantey Mien 5 Crore as it has raised and violated some copyright issues among the music composer Leonard Victor and the lyricist Pravin Dabas.”

Though the video of the song is still available on YouTube as it was released earlier, but it will not make the final cut of the film that will be released in theatres. To watch the song, click here.
